Rinse in hot water and dry thoroughly. Hand-washing is recommended throughout the life of the cookware. Most recipes recommend placing cookware on low heat for one or two minutes before adding foods. Low to medium heat setting is recommended for optimal cooking performance. To clean the stainless-steel interior, allow the cookware to cool, then immerse cookware in warm water. Use a fine powder cleanser with water to form a paste. Apply paste using a soft cloth. Rub in a circular motion from the center outward. Wash in hot, soapy water, dry immediately. Do not use oven cleaners or cleansers with chlorine bleach
