For starters, we offer 2 of our best-selling chef-prepared appetizers Moroccan Lamb Skewers and Lobster Scampi Puffs. These bake and serve party appetizers will set the bar for your guests who are guaranteed to be impressed.
For the main course, our Beef Wellington recipe follows tradition with a cut of tender and juicy tenderloin Chateaubriand smothered in an exquisite mushroom duxelle sauce accented by mushrooms, truffle mousse, white wine, shallots and roasted garlic. Then we wrap it in a delicate and beautiful puff patry knot. This supberb entree is accompanied by our deliciously Green Beans with Almonds, which are Chef-prepared using imported French Extra Fine Green Beans that have been steamed and seasoned with a dash of wholesome butter, this vegetarian side dish is then tossed with fresh almond slivers. To prepare our elegant Beef Wellington and Green Beans with Almonds, simply bake and serve!
